Diana's Story
Diana Daou holds a 20-year track record across the Middle East region in various Senior Business Leadership roles within global Tech firms (Yahoo, Snap, LinkedIn). In her most recent role Diana led the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Business for the Middle East and North Africa driving X12 revenue growth over a period of 6 years. Under Diana’s remit she managed the complex Enterprise, Growth and Acquisition Business with a core focus on the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Throughout her corporate career, Diana has inspired, developed, mentored and coached professionals towards high performance allowing them to create desired professional and personal change for themselves. Diana’s mission revolves around guiding individuals to transform the way they participate in their own professional and personal lives and therefore maintain meaningful and productive relationships with stakeholders key to their professional success.
Diana is a certified Executive BECI coach and an Alumni of the Berkeley Executive Coaching institute. Her work focuses on Leadership development, Organizational Culture change, Stakeholder management, Change Management, Mindset Transformation Coaching and Re-framing self limiting beliefs.

After having spent 20 years in senior leadership roles within some of the world’s largest Global Tech companies (Yahoo, Snap, LinkedIn), I am now dedicating my career to developing others to achieve professional and personal fulfillment. Throughout my career I have come to deeply understand and adopt the art and science it takes to drive professional success, what people need from their leaders, what leaders need from their teams and internal and external stakeholders. Today’s leaders move at a pace we have not seen before. The pressure is high, the demands are never ending and self-doubt and burn out is at an all time high across the world.
As a certified leadership development coach; in partnership with the UC Berkeley Executive Coaching institute (Berkeley, CA) I am bringing the world’s best leadership development practices to the Middle East. This includes 1:1 leadership coaching, organizational culture change work, and mindset transformation coaching.
